I should start by saying that I don’t believe in coincidence, everything happens for a reason!
Back when I was 32, I had to visit a doctor due to some health issues. Among them were insomnia, frequent urination and constant back pain. After test the doctor informed me that my stress levels were at the highest point on the chart and that I had the muscle structure of a 50 year old. He suggested that I do some exercise and get healthy if I wanted to feel better.
From that day on I had a strong will to get healthy, so with a determined and disciplined attitude I started to work out at the gym. I started to feel good about myself right in the first month, the first benefit I noticed was that I no longer had any difficulty sleeping. I then noticed that I didn’t have back pain anymore without noticing when it actually stopped, the same with the frequent urination. It all just came back to normal as I exercised.
In terms of body shape, it was about 4 months in when people started to comment on how well I looked, saying that I looked slim and toned, the feeling was great! No longer feeling sick but strong and relaxed.
Since then I’ve been obsessed with exercise and hate to miss my workouts. I thought it would be great if I could do something that I love, help others on their fitness journey and earn a living doing it!
It was at this time that a friend of mine Kru Ning reached out to me to persuade me to learn prenatal yoga, she has suggested it to me before, but I didn’t feel it was right for me at the time and said no. But like I said I don’t believe in coincidences, and this was just what I was looking for at this time, even thought I didn’t know it immediately.
I went to a yoga class but the way they taught made me not want to go back, when I spoke to my husband about what had happened, he said, “I think you could do it better than that”
That was it, I embarked on my yoga training journey. First, I studied prenatal yoga and started to teach it, Later I wanted to extend my knowledge and offer yoga classes for all, I carried on teaching prenatal yoga and enrolled in a teacher training course with Bangkok Yoga. Not happy with just regular yoga I went on to study and qualify as a yoga fly teacher and teacher trainer.
I opened my yoga studio in 2017. With an ambition for the studio to flourish I sought to offer an extensive list of classes that would suit all comers. Everything from Yoga, Hot Yoga, Pilates, Yoga Fly, Prenatal Yoga, Zumba dance, Kids Yoga and lately Pilates Reformer is available.
Learning is limitless and knowledge is priceless!
It has been 9 years since I started loving myself and passing on my knowledge to others, I have studied extensively with the aim of helping all of my students to become strong and healthy both physically and mentally and when I see the smiles and happiness at the end of each class I know it’s all worthwhile.
